- defense: Primary strategy is evasion and containment: withdraw to strongholds, fortify doors and chokepoints, and employ coordinated distractions to redirect its attention. Conventional blades and snares are unreliable—seek aid from ritual bindings or allies versed in ancient wards rather than direct confrontation.
- offering: No simple offering will placate Fenrir; best practice is to avoid meeting it. If binding is necessary, legends name specially forged bonds (e.g., Gleipnir) as the only reliable method.
