Beast and Myth is an independent digital publisher and design studio. We specialize in creating original, stylized collectible toys ("Mischievous Mythos"), tabletop games, and interactive digital experiences inspired by global folklore.
2. Purchases, Shipping & Digital Goods
Digital Products (PDFs, eBooks & Print-and-Play): Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of downloadable digital files, all sales of digital manuscripts (such as "The Complete Field Guide" PDF and "Guess the Myth" print sheets) are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
3D Printable STL Models & Digital Files: All downloadable 3D printable STL models ("Mischievous Mythos", "Yokai Minis") are licensed under a Personal, Non-Commercial License. You are granted the right to 3D print, assemble, and paint the figures for personal display, education, and tabletop games. You may NOT share, redistribute, resell, remould, or mass-produce the digital files or physical prints without an active commercial merchant license from Beast and Myth.
Physical Products (Designer Toys & Merch): Our physical collectible figures and print-on-demand items are manufactured with care. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or store credit.
3. Educational, Entertainment & Teen-Friendly Content
Our Bestiary, Lore Journals, and games are designed for folklore enthusiasts of all ages and strictly observe a PG / Teen-Friendly standard. We do not host adult content, nudity, or graphic gore. While inspired by historical folklore and ancient myths, all retellings represent original creative interpretations.
4. Intellectual Property
While mythological names and ancient legends reside in the public domain, the specific stylized character designs (including the "Mischievous Mythos" toy line), original artwork, 3D digital sculpts, game mechanics, and written manuscripts on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Beast and Myth.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our 3D models, PDF games, or character designs without explicit written permission.

Our web services, 3D files, and interactive games are provided on an "AS IS" basis. We strive for excellence and pre-support all 3D print files, but individual 3D printing results depend on user slicer settings, resin/filament types, and machine calibration.
