The Kishi strolled through the graveyard, wearing the handsome face of a young man. Two-Faced Seduction. It was looking for a lonely mourner to charm and then devour.
Hanging upside down from a banyan tree was a corpse. It wasn't just dead; it was occupied. The Vetala swung gently in the breeze.
"You have nice hair," the Kishi complimented, hiding the hyena face on the back of its skull.
"And you have too many teeth," the Vetala rasped.
The Bite
The Kishi dropped the act. It spun around, its hair parting to reveal the snapping jaws of a hyena. Rear-Jaw Devour. It lunged, biting deep into the Vetala's host body.
The corpse didn't bleed. It giggled.
"This suit is old anyway," the Vetala said. Corpse Habitation.
The Upgrade
Mist poured from the corpse’s mouth. Essence Withdrawal. The Vetala abandoned the damaged vessel and shot straight into the Kishi’s ear.
Riddle of Binding.
The Kishi froze. Its mind was suddenly crowded. A new voice was in the driver's seat.
"Let's see what this body can do," the Vetala whispered inside the Kishi's brain.
The Kishi’s hand rose up and punched its own face. The rear head tried to bite the shoulder, but the neck wouldn't turn. The Vetala, now piloting the two-faced demon, forced it to do a jig. Ideally, a Vetala prefers a dead body, but a living demon is a fun rental. The Kishi screamed internally as it was forced to walk off a cliff.
