Serpopard

Serpopard is a Neutral (Cryptid/Beast) — a stitched silhouette of leopard muscle and sinuous serpent-neck, more at home in sand and sandstone than in storybooks. Field notes: the hide carries a warm, musky heat like a sunwarmed stone; the air around a sighting smells of dust, sun-baked leather, and a faint tang of riverweed. Sound is low and feline: a reedy purr that can swell into a wet hiss when the long neck shifts; scale-on-stone rasp accompanies each slow step. Temperature: decidedly warm and muscular to the touch, not ethereal — this is a living, breathing predator only defensive when cornered, though often more curious than cruel.
